During Your Initial Term

If you're still in your first 12 months

Your website partnership begins with a 12 months initial term. If you cancel within the first 14 days after your website launches — our post-launch satisfaction period — no early termination fee applies.

If you cancel after that window but before your initial 12 months are complete, the early termination fee is 50% of your remaining monthly payments, capped at $1,500. For example, with six months remaining on a $297/month plan, the remaining commitment would be $1,782 and the early termination fee would be $891.

After Your Initial Term

After your first 12 months

Once your initial 12-month term is complete, your plan becomes month-to-month and there is no early termination fee. You can continue your full plan, move to the $99/month hosting and support option, purchase your website outright, or cancel with written notice as described in your service agreement.

After Cancellation

What happens to your site and data

• Your website stays live through the end of your final paid billing period so you have time to plan your next step.
• Photos and video delivered to you during the partnership remain yours to use for your business.
• Business data we hold on your behalf is removed according to our data retention policy once that period ends.
