Canceling Your Website Plan

During Your Initial Term

If you're still in your first 12 months

Your website partnership begins with a 12 months initial term. Your website also includes a 14-Day Launch Assurance: If you identify a material issue with your website during the first 14 days after launch, we'll work with you to make it right. If we're unable to reasonably resolve it, you may end the service without the normal early-termination fee. This isn’t an any-reason cancellation period — it applies to material issues we can’t reasonably fix.

Otherwise, if you cancel before your initial 12 months are complete, the early termination fee is up to 2.5x your monthly plan price — that's $497.50 for Essential, $742.50 for Growth, $1,242.50 for Premium. This is a flat, capped fee based on your plan — not a percentage of your remaining contract. You are never billed for all of your remaining months.

After Your Initial Term

After your first 12 months

Once your initial 12-month term is complete, your plan becomes month-to-month and there is no early termination fee. Your plan continues at the same level and price. You can move to a different plan, purchase your website outright, or cancel with 30 days' written notice (email or text) before your next billing date.

After Cancellation

What happens to your site and data

• Your website stays live 30 days after your cancellation is finalized so you have time to plan your next step.
• Photos and video delivered to you during the partnership remain yours to use for your business.
• Business data we hold on your behalf is removed according to our data retention policy once that period ends.
