Privacy Policy

Effective August 21, 2026.

What we collect, why, and who we share it with — plainly stated, not buried in fine print.

Section 1

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

  • Name, business name, phone number, and business type
  • Any notes submitted through the get-started form
  • Information shared during a phone call or a door-to-door conversation

Information collected automatically

  • General site-analytics data, like pages visited, general location, and device/browser type — only when analytics tools are active on the site

Information from becoming a customer

  • Business details needed to build the website — services, service area, hours, logo/branding, and photos
  • Billing information, which is collected and stored by AVL's payment processor, not AVL directly — AVL never stores a customer's full card number

Section 2

How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and follow up by phone, text, or email
  • To build, host, and manage the customer's website
  • To process payment through the payment processor
  • To improve the site and services
  • To comply with the law

AVL does not sell customer information to third parties.

Section 3

Who We Share Information With

AVL shares information only with service providers who help operate the business, limited to what each one needs: the payment processor (for billing), a call/text tracking platform (for lead attribution, once in use), and hosting and deployment providers. AVL does not share information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Section 4

Cookies and Analytics

The site may use cookies or similar technology for basic analytics. Visitors can control cookies through their browser settings.

Section 5

Calls and Texts

Providing a phone number — through the get-started form, a phone call, or in person — means agreeing that AVL may call or text about the inquiry and, for customers, about their account and service. Anyone can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or another reasonable method, and AVL will honor that request.

Section 6

Data Retention

AVL keeps customer and lead information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, respond to inquiries, and meet legal and accounting obligations, and removes business information from AVL's systems after a customer's cancellation is complete, consistent with this policy.

Section 7

Your Choices

Anyone can ask to review, correct, or request deletion of the information AVL holds about them by reaching out through the contact method below, subject to AVL's legitimate business and legal retention needs (like billing history).

Section 8

Children's Privacy

This site and AVL's services are directed at businesses, not children, and AVL does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Section 9

Changes to This Policy

AVL may update this policy from time to time; the effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Section 10

Contact

Questions about this policy can go to AVL Websites by calling or texting the number used site-wide. Call or text (818) 679-9740cell.
